Hey everyone. Well, if you read my intro in "The Foyer" you will know that I am here to search and find out all that I can on the paranormal and all due to an experience I had a few years back. I want to get your input and find out what you think.
It all started about 2 years ago. I remember laying in bed one day and woke up to the sound and feeling of someone getting up and off of my bed, walking around the foot of my bed and then sitting at the other side of me. It felt so real that I called out to my boyfriend asking what he was still doing home as he was supposed to be at work. When nobody answered, I propped up and realized there was NOBODY there. It freaked the heck out of me and have been having similar experiences since. Two times, I did experience it trying to communicate with me. One time, I was at my moms house and was laying in bed because I wasn't feeling to well and had my head buried in my pillow and heard a whisper in my ear asking me something. I knew it was a question but could not make out what it was. I was under the impression it was my grandmother, but when I looked up, whatever it was, it was gone. Another time, I was in my grandmothers bed about to watch TV and I was facing my one side of the room and felt someone get off the bed and walk around and I turned to see nothing, turned back to my original position and saw for a split second what appeared to be a little girl with blondish hair wearing a white outfit. I'm not sure if it was a night gown or a white shirt, but it really got to me and thats why I'm here today, doing my research and finding out as much as I can, everything I can about the paranormal.
I did some research at the time and posted a similar thread on a dream site because I wanted to believe so much it was my imagination or a dream and not anything paranormal and was told it could be my sub-conscious trying to communicate with me, as I am today. The one thing I can not quite figure out is why I would see my inner child and my inner child look nothing like me. I was a chubby, Hispanic kid with black curly haired and never wore white as a child since white got dirty way to fast. This vision I saw was the total opposite!
This experience is why I'm doing what I'm doing and if in time I find out that my experience was really all my imagination or just a dream, I will still continue on this journey to find out the truth.
I would LOVE to hear back from everyone on what your thoughts and views are and if you think I may be dreaming all of this or if I may have had some sort of an experience with something that may be paranormal. I have not had this experience since my start of the research, but deep down inside, I don't feel this is the end...
